I was thinking just the other day about how much I appreciate the effort you went to to get us in a house that was mutually agreeable to the both of us! We are forever indebted. I've told you that before, but as time goes by I realize just how much time I took you away from other clients. I do want to see you take some time to smell the roses and play with the kids. The roses will be around for years to come, but the kids are only kids for a little while..... and good daddies are so important during this period in their lives.
